原因：

- 当前控制面能力已基本足够
|
|
- 当前最大阻塞不是新功能，而是大陆两台还停在：

|
- `pending_bootstrap`
|
|
- `agent_pending`
|
|
- `SSH 未配置`
|
|
- 只要这条链路不闭合，项目就仍然停留在“主控骨架可用，但统一接管未落地”的状态
|
|
|
|
## 推荐模型与推理等级
|
|
|
|
推荐：
|
|
|
|
- `GPT-5.4`
|
|
- `high`
|
|
|
|
原因：
|
|
|
|
- 当前阶段重心是优先级判断、闭环收口、执行顺序压缩
|
|
- 需要稳定判断力，不适合降到偏快但更容易发散的配置
|
|
- 当前阶段也暂时不需要切到 `xhigh`
|
|
|
|
